HOW DOES IT WORK?
When you subscribe, you will get a set of questions to answer with preferences for your Monthly Mystery (come on, you didn’t think I wouldn’t let you customise a little, did you?). This subscription is designed to be a surprise, but I want it to be a GOOD surprise: I want you to love your item(s) as much as I love making them for you!
You’ll get to choose:

You’ll also get to give me some preferences on:

any items/styles you DON’T like. I will do my best to avoid these!

any items/styles you DO like. I will bear these in mind for you!

any more specific requests like poppered necklines or pockets. Remember, these are requests NOT demands, I will do my best but no guarantees!
You’ll be able to update these preferences on a monthly basis (as long as it’s by the cut-off date below), so don’t worry if your child suddenly grows, or decides they don’t like the style that was their favourite last month (we all know it happens)… I’ve got you!

CUT-OFF Dates
Each month’s print will cut-off on the 21st of the month, and ship on or around the 7th of the next month (this depends on shipping date - I can’t send on a Sunday!). This means you’ll only ever be waiting a MAXIMUM of ~6-7 weeks, but possibly as little as 2 weeks for your item to arrive!
PLEASE NOTE: this is only the case for your FIRST shipment. Your first payment will be taken at checkout, and your renewal payments will always be collected on the 21st of the month thereafter!
Let me paint you some word pictures so this makes a bit more sense:

Customer A subscribes on the 1st of March. The cut-off for this month’s print is the 21st, so they will go onto this month’s order. Their first item will be made up and sent on/around the 7th of April, around a 5 week wait. Their first payment will be taken on 1/3 at checkout. Their second payment will be taken on 21/4, then 21/5 etc.

Customer B subscribes on the 21st of March (deadline dancer!). They will also go onto this month’s order. Their first item will be made up and sent on/around the 7th of April, around a 2 week wait. Their first payment will be taken on 21/3 at checkout. Their second payment will be taken on 21/4, then 21/5 etc.

Customer C subscribes on the 22nd of March. They’ve missed the deadline for the March print, BUT they will automatically be added to the next batch. Their first item will be made up and sent on/around the 7th May, around a 6.5 week wait. Their first payment will be taken on 22/3 at checkout. Their second payment will not be taken until 21/5, then 21/6 etc.
You will always receive items you’ve already paid for, even if you cancel your subscription! For example, if you cancel your subscription after month 9’s payment has come out, you will still have gotten/will get 9x packages, so depending on when you cancel, you may have another package coming your way because of the wait time between billing and shipping!

PRICING
How much does it cost?
That depends on what size item you’d like! Like all my individual item pricing, this subscription is based on price brackets:
0-3m up to Age 3 is £18/month
Age 4 up to Age 9 is £22/month
Age 9 up to Age 12 is £26/month
You can also choose to add on an extra plain item per month to turn your mystery item into a mystery outfit! You can choose to do this as a one-off purchase (by cut-off date please) OR you can use this add-on to get your full outfit every month! Prices start from just £18 per month
SIZING
You'll be asked twice about your sizing - the first time will be to determine your price bracket (0-3m to Age 3, Age 4 to Age 8, and Age 9 to Age 12). Please choose the appropriate price bracket for your subscription.
The second time will be for a specific size within that bracket (eg Age 2). This will be what size your item(s) are made in. Please take a look at the measurement table here - I always advise measuring where possible to ensure a good fit. If your child is between measurements, please feel free to pop them in the "other requests" box and I'll be in touch!
PLEASE NOTE: You can change your sizing (and any other preferences for style etc) at any point by logging into your account and changing your preferences - it's really easy to do! If you go into the next price bracket, I will get in touch to change your subscription manually. Changes made by 21st of the month cut-off will be enacted on the current month; changes made after 21st will be enacted from the following month.

Yes! If you have siblings and you’d like them each to have a subscription, you will need to add 1x subscription to your cart and checkout with your preferences for child #1, then repeat the process for child #2 etc. This will allow you to choose different preferences for each child, but manage them all on your account.
If you would like to turn your Mystery item into a Mystery outfit, you can also add-on a matching plain item! Please do this by the cut-off date of the 21st for one-time purchases, or opt into the plain item subscription to receive one every month!

You'll be asked about your size TWICE - don't be alarmed:
- The FIRST time will be to ask you which price bracket you belong in (0-3m to Age 3, Age 4 to Age 8, or Age 9 to Age 12). Please select the appropriate bracket.
- The SECOND time will be to ask you which specific size you'd like for your item(s). You can go back and change this preference as often as you'd like (just make sure to do it by 21st of the month to ensure your next item is the correct size).
If your little one outgrows the size they're in, you can just change your preferences. If they go up into the next price bracket, I will get in touch to move you onto the correct price bracket manually.
If you find your little one is between sizes, please pop measurements in the any other preferences tab and I will either go off measurements, or give you a quick message before cutting your item(s) to ensure the best fit!

Once a month, for as long as your subscription lasts! This subscription is a monthly paymend AND monthly shipment one (unlike the 1 Metre Challenge one, which is quarterly or bi-annually).
Yes there is: the minimum term for intial subscription is 3 months, after which you’ll automatically go onto a rolling contract, and you will be able to cancel/pause/skip a month any time you wish.
If you wish to cancel/pause/skip, please ensure you do so by the cutoff date of 21st of the month, otherwise you will automatically be charged.
You’ll still get all the items you paid for (so you’re never out of pocket) and once they’ve shipped you won’t get any more!
Please leave some feedback as to why you cancelled: it helps me to improve the service for future customers!
You get to include any styles/themes/items you DON’T want when you sign up! I’ll do my best to avoid those for you. You can customise your preferences each month too, so you’re allowed to change your mind mid-subscription as well!

No need to go shopping to match your new item's colours: it will come ready to put on straight away! You can even choose whether to subscribe (get one every month) or just as a one-off purchase whenever you fancy!*
*Please make sure if using the one-off purchase that you checkout before the 21st of the month cut-off for it to be included in that month's package, otherwise it will automatically be added to your next shipment.

Will you use already in stock/older prints?
I will try to avoid it as much as possible, but whilst we are getting set up and working out the inevitable gremlins it may happen occasionally. If you have any prints you would like me to avoid please put this in your preferences (do let me know if these are prints you dislike, or they’re prints you like so much you already have them)!
Does everyone get the same print?
Yes! There will be a monthly print chosen by me and everyone will get an item made in that print!
Will I get duplicate prints?
No, the prints work on the cut-off dates so if you’ll only ever get one item in each print.
